These editable website terms are sample content. They do not establish an agency service agreement, a template licence or a marketplace refund policy.
The UPSHIFT demo presents a fictional agency and concept work to show the template’s structure. Case studies, careers and service prices are illustrative unless the live site owner replaces them with verified information.
Website text, imagery, names and other materials may be subject to intellectual property rights. The live site owner should describe the permitted use of its materials and confirm that it has the rights needed to publish them.
Sample prices on this demo describe agency service retainer layouts, not the selling price of the Framer template. A live agency should establish the scope, fees, schedule and responsibilities of each engagement in its own agreement.
Links or embedded tools can lead to services operated by other parties. The live site owner should identify the third-party tools it uses and describe the terms relevant to that implementation.
Replace this section with appropriate terms for the live website and business. Any limitations, liability provisions or user responsibilities should be reviewed for the actual service and applicable law.
